Perimeter of public management: key link problem

The article studies the social and practical phenomenon known as government management in terms of its consistency and potential in the context of contemporary problems of the organization and self-organization of social life. The perimeter of modern public management in scope and its object’s structure is estimated. The scope of potential and legal sufficiency of strategic and operational management in the sphere of the national economy is analyzed. The description of the key links of management at the present stage of reforming the country (the region) with its major socio-economic parameters is given. The authors also propose an introduction of the managerial discourse to daily living activities of society.
