The article considers the perlocutive effect of directive speech acts. The author suggests a model of the analysis and the means of realization of the perlocutive effect of directives including verbal and non-verbal forms of both positive and negative atti-tude of the addressee, expressed explicitly and implicitly. The investigation is based on dialogical utterances in conventional face-to-face interaction in French.
