Promising it-technologies of a smart city

In the article the problems of development and management of a modern city are considered, the description of the concept of "smart city" is given, a number of the problems interfering creation of the information systems necessary for realization of the given concept are listed. To overcome these problems, an architectural model based on the use of a network of cognitive sensors and artificial neural networks is proposed.
