Promising areas of clustering of the economy of the Russian south

The formation of interregional clusters in industry, energy and tourism is considered as a promising direction for the development of cluster policy in the regions of Southern Russia. In order to integrate the economy of the South of Russia, an innovative hypercluster model is proposed. The following principles of effective implementation of the innovative hypercluster model are highlighted: cluster integrity, scalability, reliability, security, and performance. The general factors of improving cluster policy in the regions of Southern Russia are highlighted.
