Promising directions of small business development in the context of changing legislation

The article deals with the concept and essence of small business, the characteristics of the subject of small business are given. The importance of small business for the development of the state economy is reflected. The main problems that are constraining the development of small businesses in the context of changing legislation are outlined. Measures to combat and minimize the identified problems are proposed.
