Perspective directions of management development in the field of improvement of urban territories (by the example of the Golyanovo region of Moscow)

The publication considers management problems in the field of improvement and suggests some ways to solve them. Among the identified problems: lack of funding; controversial materials and aesthetic characteristics of decisions; the lack of digitalization of continuous monitoring systems and the operation of a significant number of landscaping and greening areas; heated conflicts over aspects of landscaping such as parking; negative attitude of residents to the elements of improvement, etc. The proposed solutions relate to such aspects as the development of measures to monitor the sphere of improvement; development and implementation of a project for the integrated development of parking infrastructure; attracting residents to participate in solving the problems of improving the area; development and implementation of a program for the development of landscaping of courtyards.
