Perspective directions of perfection of the activities in the searching of the missing persons in the Republic of Belarus

Introduction: perspective directions of activity in the search for missing persons in the Republic of Belarus that require their improvement are considered in the article. The article presents the problems of a theoretical and applied nature, including the field of organizing the interaction of the investigative units with public organizations and law enforcement agencies of neighboring countries. The necessity of improving the information support of the search for missing persons is substantiated. The ways of improving these areas are proposed, taking into account the analysis of the current state of the activity of tracing missing persons in the Republic of Belarus. Materials and methods: the regulatory framework of the study is formed by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, criminal, criminal procedure and operational-search legislation, departmental regulations governing the organization of search activities for missing persons.
