Promising directions for improving the management system of administrative personnel of a clinical hospital

The results of our study of the current state of the Republican Clinical Hospital named after G.G. Kuvatov city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, the administrative personnel management system indicates the presence of significant shortcomings in its functioning. In this work, we identified promising areas for improving the administrative personnel management system of the specified clinical hospital and proposed an algorithm for eliminating the mentioned shortcomings.
