Promising areas of cooperation between controlling and law enforcement agencies and law enforcement agencies in identifying signs of offences against cultural property

The article deals with the promising areas of interaction between regulatory and law enforcement agencies in identifying signs of crimes that infringe on cultural values. It is concluded that there is a need for interaction in various areas of both domestic and international cooperation, in particular, to develop a constructive solution to the problem of identifying signs of crimes infringing on cultural values by regulatory authorities, two directions for improving the mechanism of interaction are proposed.
