Prospects for lean manufacturing in Russia

This article discusses the main aspects of lean manufacturing. The definition of lean production is highlighted, its main principles and purpose are considered. We have studied Russian enterprises that implement lean manufacturing, as well as described their experience. In addition, the paper considers the reasons that significantly hinder the spread of lean manufacturing in Russia. The result is a conclusion about the prospects of lean manufacturing in Russia.
