The prospects of the us debt crisis

As the global economic crisis turns into the crisis of national debts, the importance of the problem of American foreign debt grows. The author analyses the prospects of overcoming the crisis of the US national debt and evaluates measures which the government can use to mitigate the effects of debt problems. The conclusion is that the most effective measure might be through the use of inflation mechanism which would mean that the Federal Reserve System would purchase volumes of new national debt.
