Prospects for the formation of a personal investment budget by individuals

The scientific article examines the directions of the formation of the personal budget of individuals from the standpoint of the effectiveness of their investments. In modern conditions, there are acute problems of investment opportunities for the capitalization of income of individuals, taking into account the fact that the profitability of investments in domestic securities and precious metals decreases as a result of changes in the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia and the emerging trend towards volatility of stock prices for all financial assets, form high risks of investing money in foreign investment products in the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions. The research was aimed at analyzing the economic relations arising in the process of forming the personal investment budget of individuals as part of the implementation of variable strategies, taking into account profitability and risk. The research methods are analytical and statistical data, synthesis and generalization, the method of correlation configuration.
