Prospects for the integration of innovative technologies into the assessment of the effectiveness of budget expenditures

This article examines modern innovative technologies used to assess the effectiveness of budget expenditures and their impact on improving the efficiency of public finance management. Various tools are considered, such as big data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and blockchain. A comparative analysis of the practices of using digital technologies in the public financial management system of the Russian Federation and foreign countries is carried out, on the basis of which a number of general trends in the integration of technologies into the budgetary sphere are formed. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the rapid development of information technologies and their integration into all spheres of life, as well as the need of the modern state for digitalization. During the preparation of the article, articles and other scientific materials of domestic and foreign scientists were studied and reflected , statistical materials of international organizations were also used. The findings of the study demonstrate the importance of modern technologies in improving public financial management and ensuring efficient and responsible use of budget funds. The results of the study are characterized by scientific and practical novelty, since they systematize the existing trends in the development of digital technologies, combining them into general trends and identify the risks of integrating innovative technologies into the assessment of the effectiveness of budget expenditures.
