Prospects of using the ashes waste from Siberia power system in manufacture the paving tile

In work the paving pile manufacturing technology by vibromolding method with using the ashes waste from thermal power stations in Siberian region, burning coals of Kansko-Achinsk, basin are offered. The problem of experimental researches included reception of paving tile on a basis of high-calcium ashes with mark on durability not more low than В-30. The received samples with a different parity of components in a mix were investigated on compressive strength, moisture absorption, frost resistance and an abradability. It is established that at input in structure of concrete mix of ashes waste in quantity to 30% from weight of dry components, durability of paving tile correspond to the chosen mark. It is experimentally defined that optimum time of paving tile free drying makes 14 days. In this time products type from 70 to 80% of branded durability.
