Prospects for the study of underwater cultural heritage exemplified by the Kyrgyz - Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin

The article considers the development and functioning of the Museum of the Kyrgyz - Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin in Bishkek as an independent cultural and educational institution. The policy of formation of funds and exhibition design is analyzed, the most interesting exhibits of the permanent exhibition, identified as a result of underwater historical research in the Issyk-Kul lake and clearly characterizing the rich historical heritage of the region, are highlighted.
