The potentials of Russia’s multilateral cooperation in the ASEAN

The author gives an assessment of the results of the 16-year cooperation of Russia and the ASEAN and its potentials in power economy, space exploration, emergency response, culture, tourism, exploitation of natural resources. The strengthening of the partnership bolsters up the economic growth of Siberia and Far East and decreases the economic disparity with the ASEAN member states.
