The prospects for modernizing political party «United Russia» at the regional level (basing on the example of Primorye)

The article describes the updating of the political party, the methods and the criteria for assessing the required updates. The author uses the identified criteria to assess the prospects of renovation of the political party basing on the example of the Primorsky branch of the organization.
