Prospects of the organization of the modern phenological observations on the example of the forest-steppe of the Bashkir Pre-Urals

The modern global climatic transformations on Earth have an effect every year. According to the World Meteorological Organization, the leaving 2017 was one of the hottest in the history of observations, but it will not break the temperature record of 2016, and will enter along with the 2015th and 2016th into the three of the warmest for all history of systematic overseeing by weather and climate. Phenological researches have potential advantages to our comprehension of the processes happening in landscapes both with ecological, and from the economic point of view. Revival of phenological researches in Russia and in regions of our country, will give the unique chance precisely and efficiently to obtain data and to predict changes in geosystems which happen in response to climate change (the changed concentration of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere). Phenological researches are capable to improve accuracy of our predictions of climate change in the future.
