Prospects for the use of the social rating system in modern Russian politics

The study presents an analysis of the impact of social ratings on society, their ethical and social aspects, as well as the advantages and risks of using such technologies. The author discusses possibilities of using a social rating system as a government management tool to encourage constructive behavior and prevent destructive behavior with an emphasis on technology, including smart surveillance and artificial intelligence.
