Prospects of development of agrarian sector in Russia in conditions of sanctions

The article discusses the consequences of sanctions for the development of agricultural sector of Russia. The analysis of the problems hindering the implementation of the policy of import substitution in agriculture. Highlighted the possible directions of development of agrarian sector in the conditions of the import substitution policy.
