Prospects for the development of chemical technologies in modern conditions from the point of view of environmental safety

The article is devoted to the study of the features and prospects of the development of chemical technologies in modern conditions from the point of view of environmental safety. It is noted that one of the key areas of development of chemical technologies is the transition to more efficient and environmentally friendly production methods. As part of the research, the author analyzes such chemical technologies as: transition to biodegradable materials, reduction of the carbon footprint, green chemistry and waste-free production, eco-friendly packaging and products. In conclusion, the author concludes that the prospects for the development of chemical technologies in modern conditions, taking into account environmental safety, are associated with the transition to environmentally friendly and sustainable production methods, the development of green chemistry, circular economy, the use of nanotechnology and alternative energy sources.
