The article substantiates the prospects of innovative entrepreneurship and digital business. The article examines the opportunities offered by innovative entrepreneurship and digital business. A new method of developing business models is presented, which allows companies to interact more with customers. It helps to better understand their needs and expectations. As a result, organizations can reduce costs and increase their market share. It has been proven that increasing customer loyalty is achieved through an omnichannel approach that creates a unified consumer experience in both offline and digital channels. This increases customer satisfaction and improves conversion through a personalized approach. The study showed that innovation activity varies depending on market potential and government policy. Each branch of the economy has its own peculiarities in creating innovations, and the level of application of knowledge in fundamental and applied research varies. It was found that the management structure and the location of departments significantly affect the implementation of innovations. At the same time, hierarchy and form of ownership also play a role. Research has shown that entrepreneurship is critically important for the development of Russia and its regions, contributing to the improvement of the economy. One of the key areas of innovative entrepreneurship is public-private partnership, especially in infrastructure projects. It allows people to realize their unique abilities by combining factors of production with new approaches.
