Prospects for the development of internet-entrepreneurship in Russia

This article analyzes the current state of Internet entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation. Today, in the context of the development of the digital economy, in our country, at the state level, there is widespread support for entrepreneurial projects in this area, but the measures taken are clearly not enough. The authors call the reasons for this the accumulation of venture business only in large cities of our country, the insufficient level of educational and financial support of the regions. Therefore, there is a bias in the sphere of Internet entrepreneurship towards B2C models, although the most promising and long-term cooperation can be projects aimed at interaction between business and the state. It was revealed that the ubiquity of the mobile Internet contributes to the development of entrepreneurship in this direction. Recommendations for strengthening educational support to the regions have been formulated.
