Development prospects IPO in Uzbekistan

This article discusses the experience of conducting an IPO in Uzbekistan. Experience shows that carrying out this process is associated with certain costs and in this case the financial condition of the enterprise is of no small importance. In addition, it was noted that it is advisable to conduct an SPO in order to sell and reduce the state share in the joint-stock company, as this helps to improve management efficiency and attract new investors.
