Perfection of normative financing in the sphere of preschool education

The article proves the relevance of leasing as a source of financing the capital of the enterprise. The analysis of the state of the Russian leasing market, its structure and dynamics is carried out. The main factors that have a negative impact on the leasing market are revealed. Identification and study of problems allows to determine the main prospects of the Russian leasing market.
