Analysis of the development of agriculture in Russia shows that the intensification of agricultural production also leads to certain negative consequences, namely, the danger of pollution of environmental elements, in particular, soil erosion, water pollution, soil cover with toxic chemical compounds, as well as a decrease in the quality of agricultural products, food products, and, accordingly, to the deterioration of public health. In these conditions, there is a need to create environmentally sound principles of agriculture in the regions of the country, including the Republic of Bashkortostan, taking into account regional specifics, as well as the development of ways and means of environmental control at all stages of agro-industrial production. For agriculture, the accumulated positive experiences of foreign countries in the field of agricultural ecology, the organization of organic systems, which represent the achievement of ecological balance through an optimal combination of typical agroecosystems, are of great interest. Optimal prospective development of alternative agricultural systems is possible with a balanced consideration of three factors - environmental, social and economic, which will increase the degree of adaptability of systems to changing needs for food while ensuring ecological balance in the environment. Certain state support and active inter-municipal and inter-regional cooperation will make it possible in the future to move to the widespread use of more modern, advanced alternative agricultural systems.
