Prospects for the development of the public administration system in terms of digital transformation of budgetary legal relations

This article examines various aspects of the development of the public administration system of the Russian Federation through the digitalization of budgetary legal relations. Special attention is paid to the procedure for identifying budget risks and their relationship with individual budget processes. The article presents the results of the analysis of legal, economic and other measures regarding the regulation of the public administration system provided for in the fundamental normative legal acts.
