Forecast of development of social entrepreneurship in the form of non-profit organizations in Russia

The article deals with the relationship between the concepts of social entrepreneurship and socially-oriented non-profit organizations from the position of characteristic features and legislative regulation. The structure of development stages of socially-oriented non-profit organizations at the legislative level is given, the data of the Fund "Our Future" is analyzed. As a result, the pattern of the development of social entrepreneurship was revealed only in the form of commercial organizations, however, there is an emphasis on the lack of an agreed view about what includes social entrepreneurship among government officials.
