Perspectives of modern Russia development: the imperial way or the national state

The author realized politic and social-philosophy research of Russian imperial tradition and perspective to continue it in the new conditions. He determines multiregularity and multidirection of the key tendencies of transformation the State in modern world, the External and Internal causes. Analyzing two qualitative model of State evolution (the National state and the Empire), the author made a conclusion that the way of Russia revival was the Imperial way because it was nearer to Russian mentality and national self-consciousness.
