The decline in the purchasing power of the citizens of the Russian Federation casts doubt on the demand for industrial and civil construction projects. The state policy of authorities during a pandemic has a negative impact on all areas of activity. The incomes of the population are decreasing, taxes, fees, fines and other extortions are growing, I am replenishing the state treasury, while there is an increase in crime, mortality and general discontent. The scientific problem that is raised in this scientific article is the sale of civil and industrial facilities in the post-pandemic period. The object of research is construction companies that operate on the territory of the Russian Federation and pay taxes to the state budget. The subject of the research is the prospects for the development of the construction industry in Russia in the post-pandemic period. Methods of scientific knowledge of research materials: analysis, deduction and modeling. The scientific article presents a systematic approach to the problem of selling finished objects in the construction industry. The author sees the prospects for the development of the construction industry in the construction of new industrial facilities and bridge construction.
