Prospects for the development of the Jira extension tool technology at the Irkutsk Oil Company

The article analyzes modern management methods and tools, the influence of various factors on them, the development of modern technologies in the oil and gas sector and their trends, as well as the introduction of the JIRA management tool based on advanced technologies of the modern development of the oil and gas industry. The study confirms that digital technologies and automation are a significant step in the development of the oil and gas sector. Digitalization and automation in the industry under study and their dynamics are the most important element of automating all management processes, and this can allow INC LLC not only to increase its competitive advantages in the rapidly changing global economy and societal demands, but also to maintain sustainable development trends. The study showed that the oil and gas industry need an integrated approach to modernization at all levels of the production cycle for the successful implementation of innovative technologies. The paper presents the implementation of innovative technologies in the Irkutsk oil company based on the Jira project management platform, which will allow them to adapt their processes to modern requirements and be more competitive in the international arena.
