Prospects for tourism development in Surkhandarya region

The article describes the location, geography, demography and borders of the Surkhandarya region. The article covers the issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the region and its specificity, economic and social development of the regions. The article describes the possibilities of Termez, Baysun and Sherabad regions, which have a high tourist and recreational potential of the region. The authors have developed proposals for the development of the tourism potential of the region.
