Prospects for the development of currency and export control in the Russian Federation

Today export control occupies a special place in the policy of foreign trade regulation of any developed state and is an obligatory element of a modern market economy. It is used everywhere, since it includes areas of trade in goods that are different in nature and scope of application. A number of economic measures have been taken in Russia in connection with foreign sanctions. Part of which concerns currency control. The article discusses the main changes in the activities of currency and export control in the Russian Federation, carried out in 2022. The export of non-primary and non-energy resources received the cancellation of repatriation. Also in March 2022, there were changes in customs legislation that should facilitate the work of exporters in Russia. The main directions for improving export control in the Russian Federation are presented.
