The prospects of the partnership model implementation in the regulation of international and inter-ethnic relations in the North Caucasus (case study of the Dagestan Republic)

The article focuses on the acute and relevant topic of international and inter-ethnic relations management in the North Caucasus. The author considers the resources and prospects of the international and interethnic relations regulation by means of the partnership model implementation. The risks of international and inter-ethnic relations and the ways to minimize them are discussed. Special attention is paid to the role of government agencies in the prevention of ethnic conflicts in the region.
