The article characterizes the perspectives of social-and-economical development of Southern Federal Region. This is actual because of the crisis the negative changes in the basic industries of SFR have occurred, that is why the author underlines the necessity of structuring problems and formulating of tasks for the improvement of mac-roeconomic indicators of the regions of SFD. The article is illustrated by the table, which summarizes the development of strategic priority directions.
