Prospects for improvement of national jurisdiction in post-pandemic conditions and new geopolitical reality

Building trust in national jurisdiction is an important social task and is aimed at the positive development of economic relations. Currently, it is possible to state a trend towards improving the quality of Russian legal regulation, which forms an improvement in the comfort and investment attractiveness of the Russian jurisdiction, however, it should also be noted that existing problems need to be eliminated, and prospects for improvement should be determined taking into account the changing geopolitical reality. The article notes the need to eliminate internal contradictions and "pain points ", reorientation to domestic participants in economic relations, which will increase the degree of internal confidence in national jurisdiction.
