The prospects of the offshore jurisdiction in Crimea

The article considers if it is relevant to create offshore jurisdiction in the Republic of Crimea, and discusses conditions of its effective functioning. The principles of regional offshorization are studied, and benefits for the country and an international company are denoted. The author deals with the experience of special economic zones (SEZ) organized in the Russian Federation and the peculiarities of the legal status of the SEZ in Crimea.
