Prospects for labor migration from developing countries to Russia: socio-cultural and political-economic aspects

The article offers an overview of the models of solving problems, related to global international migration in the 21st century. The authors analyze the prognostic potential of modern scientific approaches to solving problems; carry out a comparative analysis of scenarios for solving migration problems resulted in the crisis in Europe. Separate research centers provide opportunities for the regulation and integration of labor migrants used in European countries, and the possibility of extrapolating these methods to Russian specifics. The article considers an example of attracting Christian migrants from African countries. In conclusion, the authors propose a number of measures for legal support, socio-cultural and political-economic adaptation, as well as for preventive principles of illegal and destructive behavior of migrants - carriers of complementary and conflict models of social identity.
