Prospects of introduction the electronic form of criminal case in the criminal legal procedure

The electronic form of criminal case and the prospect of its introduction in the criminal legal procedure of Russia in considered in the article. The line of advantages of the given form is discussed and also the barriers that are necessary to be overcome on the way of the informational improvement of the legal procedure are described. The criminal procedural legislation has already had the beginnings, which let us test the first samples of the electronic criminal case in the near future.
