Prospects for integrating labor migration into the strategy of high-tech development of the russian economy

The article examines the specifics of the formation and functioning of various alternative economic systems, considering labor migration and its possible strategic impact on the structure of the system. The analysis of the interaction of economies at the national and regional levels is carried out. On the example of embedding labor migration in a two-sector model of the economic system, regional economies with foreign workers involved in production activities are theoretically studied. The ways and mechanisms of regulating labor migration that will help overcome the crisis state of the economy and bring it to a high-tech path of development are proposed.
