The article is considering the sensor constructively combining the optoelectronic and eddy-current primary transducers and intended to realize optoelectronic discrete-phase method. Instrumental error components are examined for different variants of optoelectronic primary transducers, dynamic error for offered optoelectronic primary transducer is determined and the experimental output characteristics of the optoelectronic and eddy-current primary transducers of given embodiment are shown in the article.
