First partnership of actors incorporated in Perm town (1881-1883)

The paper explored reasons involving emergence of a new entity of dramatic artists in Russia, and specifics of operation of the first "Partnership of Actors” in the city of Perm over the three-year period (1881-1883). The study considered managerial guidelines, a repertoire, audience relations. In Ekaterinburg (once the largest town of the Perm Province) along with shows by the Perm Actor Partnership, F. I. Nadler run a single-play company of actors. Since then, different companies instead of one started performing on stage in Perm and Ekaterinburg that had triggered the process of independent standing of artistic life in both cities.
