The first "dukhovnye dela" in the Yenisei ostrog: to the problem of the relationship between secular authority and clergy in Siberia, XVII century

The paper analyzes two clerical deeds («dukhovnye dela»), that have appeared in the first decade of the Yenisei ostrog. These cases were accompanying accusations against the voivodes when declaring them «words and deeds of the Tsar». The first clerical deed («dukhovnoye delo») has appeared as a result of the charges of second Yenisei voivode A. Oshanin during his conflict with the service people of the Yenisei garrison. The second case, the accusation A. Akinfov of heresy, related to personal relationships between Yenisei voivode and sent from Tobolsk tax collector (desyatilnik) B. Matveyev.
