The effect of HAL-RAR in combination with radiofrequency hemorrhoids ablation in hospitalization replacement environment

The authors analyzed the results of treatment of 32 patients with hemorrhoidal disease method of HAL-RAR in combination with radiofrequency hemorrhoids ablation in hospitalization replacement environment. The combination of these techniques was patho-genetically justified. It allowed to restore the normal anatomy of the anal canal. This method of treatment was the most effective in prevention of postoperative complications, restoration of physical and psychosocial functions. That's why method of HAL-RAR in combination with radiofrequency hemorrhoids ablation should be recommend in the treatment of hemorrhoidal disease in hospitalization replacement environment.
