The experience of treatment of 20 patients tetralogy of Fallot with the help of modified Blellock's shunts using vascular prostheses (Gor-Tex) has been analyzed. Represented is the factual data demonstrating the efficiency of vascular prostheses usage in palliative treatment among the patients with tetralogy Fallot.
