The first Soviet monument as a manifest of revolution and vanguard

The article considers a mechanism of meaning transformation of the historically developed square under the influence of the ideological doctrine. The author discusses controls of the architectural situation during establishment of the new power in the Penza province. The stylistics of a sculpture carries international trends of modernism. The author suggests an algorithm of work evaluation fixing for determination of its stylistic features and artistic value.
