Successful solving of military construction tasks is impossible without constant and effective support of the actions of the bodies of military administration (SAL) by the authorities and the public. Understanding this and striving to achieve public support for the actions of their own army, the political leadership of the United States, the Federal Republic of Germany and several other countries consciously initiated the creation of special structures for public relations within the armed forces. The purpose of their creation was the formation of a positive public opinion about the armed forces and the military policy pursued in the country.
