This article is devoted to the problem of the perception of Dostoievsky’s work in France. This problem is reflected in the works on the modernists, united by the journal NRF. For the first time the author of the article considers some thesis in the works of NRF’s leader which anticipates in general the theory of the polyphonical novel, including the theory of the threealogue.
