The authors analyzed the physiologo-biochemical mechanisms of nutritional behavior of agricultural animals at different forms of balance of essential amino acids. It was shown, that disturbance of amino acids balance in ration which creating by «excess of nonlimitative» relative to the content of the first and the second limitative amino acids (lysine, threonine and other) causes drastic loss of appetite and as a result - the decrease of growth intensity of animals. The role of neurohumoral factors, in particular neuropeptides, in regulation of nutritional behavior of animals was reflected. The renunciation of food is considered as protective reaction of organism during of disturbances of free amino acids concentration in blood and cytoplasm of cells in organs and tissues.
