In article the analysis of business relationship by means of written business communication is given. Business communication which finds reflection in the course of the general communication is a means of exchanging information. It is used for the solution of various production tasks with use of oral and written forms of the speech. Communication in documenting is implementation of communication with use of a written form of the speech and written texts.
